School Sports Physicals
Jensen Chiropractic and Wellness offers school sports physicals. In an effort to support our young athletes in their quest for victory we run a perpetual special where all school physicals are $25 with $10 of the proceeds going to the sport that your son/daughter participates in. This way we can give back to the community and assist our athletes in having the equipment they need to compete at their best.
DOT Physicals
Need your DOT medical card? We offer DOT physicals at our office. DOT regulations are changing and if YOU don't have a medical card on file, they are starting to downgrade your CDL. Also, as of May 2014, all DOT physicals have to be done by nationally certified medical examiners. Dr. Jensen happens to be one of the only national certified examiners in the local area, make sure that your physical will be done by a Doctor with the proper credentials.
